Brad and Scott first met in 2018 as colleagues at a search firm and had instant synergy working on multiple projects across several markets. With 5+ years of collaboration – and with several dozen placements later – Brad and Scott each pack exceptional Account Director acumen on the front lines with their trusted clients. They also combine established recruitment/candidate core competencies which are cemented through speed, precision and integrity.
A BCIT grad with a Diploma in Marketing Management, Brad worked on the commercial team with a recruitment software company. In this role Brad learned to master client engagement but with a deepening curiosity about the recruitment industry, Brad decided to dive into full ownership of the candidate procurement process in an agency setting. Soon after, Brad rose into a full-time Account Director role, running a 360 desk at both firms with maximum impact.
With a background in educational/athletics administration – and after establishing Belief Trumps Talent coaching platform for high performance – Scott dove head first into full cycle recruitment for his next challenge. Leveraging his curiosity for innovation and cutting-edge technology, Scott has thrived at two agencies by leveraging his high EQ and project management skills acumen and firsthand understanding and North American markets.
